Synposis

Leo Sayer, an English born singer/songwriter has had a musical career spanning four decades. Sayer’s first seven hits reached the top ten in the UK, and he has had number one hits in the UK and in America.

Sayer was originally discovered by David Courtney, who later co-managed him with Adam Faith. Leo’s first breakthrough hit was’ The Show Must Go On (Three Dog Night Song)’ which shot straight to number two. Sayer followed this up with more single hits such as ‘One Man Band’, ‘Long Tall Glasses’ and ‘Moonlighting’.

In 1977 he had a U.S number one with ‘You make me feel like dancing’ which also one a grammy award for the years ‘Best Rhythm And Blues Song’. Three more of his U.S releases after this were certified gold.

Since then Sayer has provided songs for movie soundtracks, made television appearances, and released a ‘Very Best Of’ album which is a career spanning compilation album of Sayer classics as well as much newer Sayer covers.

For any Sayer fan, this album is a definite must!!
