Synposis
Triple Grammy Award winner and member of the European walk of fame, Freddy Fender has had his fair share of hits. Born in San Benito, Texas, in 1937, Freddy made his name as a tejano, country and rock & roll musician. He has had hits as a solo artist and in the groups 'Los Super Seven' and the 'Texas Tornados'. In 1974, Fender topped the billboard country and pop charts for the first time with the record, "Before The Next Tear Drop Falls".
