How do I download DVDs from your site ?

Downloading DVDs is slightly different from downloading music, you need to install our special downloader on your machine and this will help you to obtain the DVD in the fastest possible way. An added advantage is that if you have to switch your machine off at any time, the download will just carry on from where it left off when you turn your machine on again. (A link to our downloader will be displayed when you have purchased a DVD on our site.)

What can I do with the DVD when I have downloaded it ?

You have two options:
1) You can burn the image to a DVD using your DVD burning software (the DVD is downloaded as an '.ISO' image file)
2) You can play the DVD directly on your PC using a free player such as the VLC Media Player

I have an error when trying to run the downloader 'The application failed to initialize properly'

Please uninstall the downloader and try to install it again, remembering to click on 'setup' in step 2 of the DVD instructions.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver Worldwide. As long as the address can receive items via standard post we are able to ship the product there.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery within the United Kingdom is free. Outside of the UK costs £1.50 per physical item. There is no delivery charge on music downloads.

How long is it before my finished goods arrive?

You should generally receive your finished goods 5-7 days after your order. If there is any problem with your order or the item(s) we will notify you.

What format is the audio in?

Currently all of our audio is available as MP3 (192 kbps CBR).

Can I buy finished goods and downloads on one order?

Yes, you may buy both finished goods and downloads on one order.

Do I need an account to make a purchase?

An account is not required for purchasing physical goods, however, if you wish to purchase downloads you will need an account to ensure the security of your order.
It is recommended to have an account for any purchase as you will have access to extra features, including order tracking.

Do I need my credit card details to make a purchase?

Yes, you will need to enter your credit card details into our payment processing site, powered by WorldPay, the World's leading payment service provider.
At no point will The Store For Music ask for your credit card details. ALL payment processing is performed by WorldPay. We take security very seriously.

Do I receive a discount for multi-item orders?

At the moment there are not currently any discounts for multi-item orders.

Can I download the front cover image?

Whilst viewing an album click on the album cover art to view a higher quality image. Either drag the image to a folder on your computer or right-click and choose "Save Image As..." or similar.
Although we endeavour to provide you with as much information as we can about each release, we are not always able to provide you with the front cover art. In such a case the web album art (seen whilst vewing an album) is not hyperlinked (clickable).
